On September 26, 2018 the Lebanon Elks Lodge 2099 hosted the POW / MIA luncheon. This is a VA sponsored event.
The American Ex-Prisoners Of War, Vermont Chapter #1 attended this event as well as an ex-POW from the USS Pueblo. A luncheon platter of fresh cold cuts and cheeses & rolls, american chop suey, macaroni & cheese, and pumpkin soup was prepared and served by Lodge 2099, Emblem Club, and non-Elk helper volunteers. The Emblem Club also provided the homemade deserts
A raffle was held for two patriotic hand made quilts that were made and donated by member Debbie Muzzy.

After hos d' ouevres, a luncheon platter of fresh cold cuts, cheeses & rolls, american chop suey, and macaroni & cheese was prepared and served by Lodge 2099, The Emblem Club, and non-Elk helper volunteers. The Emblem Club also provided the delicious homemade deserts
The Colors were presented by the Ludlow, Vermont American Legion Honor and Color Guard.
